MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Supervising and monitoring performance of camp service contractors across all sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with camp standards related to safety, hygiene, and service quality.
  • Managing accommodation allocations, occupancy records, and check-in/out processes.
  • Coordinating regular audits and inspections in accommodation, kitchens, laundries, and ablutions.
  • Handling resident concerns and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
  • Overseeing onboarding and orientation of new camp residents.
  • Ensuring contractor KPIs and SLAs are tracked, reviewed, and reported monthly.
  • Liaising with internal departments and contractors for smooth delivery of services.
  • Supporting implementation of camp improvement projects and initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years in camp or hospitality operations (remote/mining preferred).
  • SHEC-related training or certifications are an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in contractor supervision.
