Key Responsibilities
The Business Solutions Analyst provides business analysis support and guidance to the Fund in response to Customer needs and requests, and works closely with the Fund to implement systems using Prince2 AGILE and the Scrum Framework methodology. This includes conducting in-depth client requirement reviews and contributing to the development of business cases for review and approval. The Business Solutions Analyst also helps the Product Owner prioritize features through the development of high-quality business requirements/stories. In addition, the incumbent configures corporate systems to meet the requirements outlined by the Product Owner and ensures that processes are optimized and communicates technical content to business users in language that they understand.
Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience in Information Technology systems and at least two (2) years supervisory experience, with a strong background in Project Management and Business Improvement. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field. Certifications Required: Prince2 Practitioner, Agile Certified. Cobit Certified. Lean Six Sigma Certified.
