REPORTS TO: Head of Solutions & Enterprise Systems
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Gather data, design, and generate reports to give analytical and quantitative insight
to business to make improved operational, tactical, and strategic decisions.
• Organize data points, communicating between business management and the IT
department and analysing data to determine a corporation’s needs.
• Lead on – going reviews of business processes and develop optimisation Strategies
for Digital Transformation.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Management/Computer Science/IT Management or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of operational experience in systems design and architecture practice
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
Agile, PMBOK or Prince2
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or any related Business Intelligence Certifications
ITIL
CCBA – Certification of Competence Business Analysis
CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Professional
