SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Working knowledge of the short term insurance industry, domestic and international insurance markets.
- Strong analytical research, report writing and presentation skills.
- Portfolio risk management and performance review.
- Knowledge of the local regulatory framework- Awareness of industry regulations and compliance
- Leadership and management.

- An in-depth knowledge of various insurance products and an understanding of policy terms, exclusions and endorsements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Minimum of a Diploma in Insurance
Associateship from a recognized professional body e.g IISA/ CII.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management and Administration
- Diploma in Computers Studies.
- A minimum of 10 years experience within the insurance industry. Experience in insurance broking will be an added advantage.
