Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brands and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for the YONA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance YONA’s positioning in the market and build brand awareness.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations to enhance YONA’s reach and credibility.

Digital Marketing:

Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to optimize campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Event Promotion:

Work closely with the Sales team to promote events on the YONA platform and drive ticket sales.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
