Key Responsibilities: Managing the branch operations effectively, Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, Supervising staff and providing guidance, Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction, Reporting to the regional manager on a regular basis. Requirements: 3 Year’s retail experience at a middle management level, Strong general management skills and commercial acumen, Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Knowledge of Credit management and related legislation, Knowledge of current Labour Law, Basic Financial and HR knowledge, Experience of disciplinary hearings and investigating.
