Introduction
Overall accountable and responsible for the performance and routine running of the Branch as per the key #business area objectives Company, Conduct, Customer, Colleague, Citizenship. Provide management and leadership capability to the Branch by optimizing resources and effectively managing risks to achieve the Bank’s objectives. Employee mentorship and leading the charge in customer service and #sales execution across all business segments. Drive customer relationships and ensure through optimization of the products and services. The BM will have overall responsibility of the branch performance on each product line.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1. Financial Management
• Develop forecasts, financial targets and business plans for the branch.
• Responsible for planning, management and execution of the Branch’s budget.
2. Relationship and Stakeholder Management
• Building long-term working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance and maintain working relationship with existing clients.
• Overall responsible for the CRM model in the Branch.
3. Management of Sales
• Identify potential growth areas for the branch and analyze trends and competitive environments.
• Overall accountable for the designing and execution of sales plan for the branch.
• Develop and reinforce a sales culture in the branch.
4. Credit Management
Ensure effective and efficient management and administration of credit activities in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy and procedures in order to contain credit risks as per BSC.
5. Collateral Management
Ensure effective and efficient management and administration of collateral/securities in compliance with the #Bank’s credit policy as well as rules and regulations to minimize risk and legal implications to the organisation.
6. Operational Risk and Support
Ensure effective management of internal processes and procedures in compliance with the Bank’s operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk.
7. People Management
• Provide management and leadership capabilities in the Branch.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and people capacity requirements for the branch.
• Overall responsible for performance and talent management in the branch.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any other related field
• COP Long & Short
• Certificate in Credit/ Banking will be an added advantage
• Sales Training/Certification
• Leadership Course
• 8 years banking experience of which 3 years should be at management level
Expertise/Knowledge/Skills
• Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, #credit principles, sales and administration.
• Computer literacy essential (Word, Excel)
• Excellent Budgeting and planning skills.
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information.
• Passion to work with numbers
