Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for identifying and attracting potential agents to enroll for BSB Insurance Services (Pty) Ltd and deliver top-tier insurance solutions to customers.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sell a range of insurance products, including life, funeral policies, auto policies, property insurance etc.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering exceptional service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in a Business – related field or equivalent.
• Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-year sales experience preferably in banking and insurance environment.

Experience:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector (added advantage).

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
