Job Description
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAL MANAGER
This position is best suited for an experienced manager in a spares outlet.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
•Providing automotive technical advice.
•Advise on the latest developments in the automobile sector.
•Full knowledge of the Kerridge ERP package.
•Providing strategic management for business growth.
•Ensuring quality controls.
•Providing people management.
•Any other managerial duties as required.
COMPETENCY
•Degree/diploma in any field.
•Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry specifically in the motor spares outlet.
•Should have at least 9 years of experience in a management position.
•Strong computer skills including knowledge of Kerridge ERP.
•Proficiency in parts and related products.
•Good automotive technical knowledge.
•Business oriented.
•Sound budget management skills.
•Valid driver’s license.
