Alliant CPA is an independent professional services firm and is a member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants, specializing in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Tax, Management Consulting and Advisory Services. Located in Gaborone, Setlhoa Office Park Plot 75783 Block 6, First Floor.

Audit Managers x 2

Responsibilities would include the following;
• Plan and perform operational and financial audits. This involves
• Development of audit objectives, plans, and scoping the audit process
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
• Dedicated to superior client service
• Working and liaising with other members of the audit team, and colleagues in other parts of the firm as necessary to provide high quality client service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications
• Be ACCA, BICA, CIMA
• A member of BICA in good standing
• Have experience in auditing diverse organisations
• Experience of IFRS, Botswana GAAP (2015) and international standards on auditing would be required
• Be a demonstrated team player
• Knowledge of CaseWare Software and Pastel Accounting Package will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years proven working experience in an audit environment
