Job Description
We are looking for a mature and ambitious individual who will form part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution in our Assurance Practice. The ideal candidate must be able to analyse marketplace trends and proactively manage stakeholders, in order to create positive outcomes for all the parties concerned. The candidate also must have a track record of managing all aspects of a client portfolio and the ability to train and develop staff.
Qualification and experience
- CA Qualification/ACCA or equivalent,
- Fellow member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and/or of a similar recognized Professional Accountancy Institute.
- A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience of which at least 5 years must be at Senior Manager level in an audit firm.
