Assistant Relationship Manager-Gaborone (Permanent)
Main Purpose
To support Business Banking growth by managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
♦ Maintain client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
Monitor account performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
♦ Assist Relationship Managers with administrative and risk management tasks.
Key Requirements:
♦ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
♦ 3+ years’ banking experience (Business Banking preferred
