Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Board and Committee Governance: Coordinate meetings, prepare Board packs, draft minutes, maintain registers, ensure compliance
- Board Facilitation: Support Board Members, coordinate logistics, onboarding, and evaluations
- Governance Support: Assist in governance frameworks, policies, and tracking resolutions
- Administrative Support: Manage documentation, departmental reporting, scheduling, and filing systems
- Reporting: Prepare governance reports and assist with Annual Report
- Ethics and Compliance: Support ethical conduct and governance training
UNDERTAKE OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES AS DIRECTED BY HEAD LEGAL AND BOARD SECRETARY, AND MANAGER LEGAL & GOVERNANCE
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Law, Corporate Governance, Secretarial Services, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice is highly preferred

Experience:
- Four (4) years minimum experience in a Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance roles within a regulated environment.
