Job Description
Reporting to support accurate financial reporting, transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Transaction Processing
• Record and process financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Post journal entries with complete supporting documentation.
• Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers including:
Accounts Payable o Accounts Receivable
Fixed Assets • Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journal adjustments.
• Reconcile control accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting Support
• Assist with preparation of Monthly financial reports o Quarterly financial statements o Annual financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and resolution of audit queries.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting data integration where applicable.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience (financial reporting, audit, or bookkeeping)
• Working knowledge of IFRS and general ledger processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Experience in a financial services or banking environment advantageous.
• Understanding of sustainability or ESG reporting beneficial
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA).
Experience
