VACANCY
Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial.

The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

• Asphalt Surfacing Foreman

Summary of duties:
• Lead and supervise asphalt surfacing teams in the project.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct pre-job meetings and safety briefings with surfacing teams.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project
specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.

Qualifications:
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety certifications or specific asphalt-related certifications, may be advantageous.
• Post- secondary education or vocational training in construction management or related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years experience in Asphalt surfacing and paving work with In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, paving techniques, and road construction processes.
