Job Description

We are looking to employ an Area Manager that has operational and financial responsibility for a defined region or territory. Their duties include providing training and development for staff, ensuring quality consistency across the region and increasing sales and profitability in their region.

Duties

  • Training employees on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health codes.
  • Establishing standards for food quality, sanitation procedures, employee performance, and customer service, and enforcing these standards through regular inspections.
  • Solve problems and provide proper direction to increase profits to the restaurants.
  • Define Sales Target of each assigned restaurant to ensure that all restaurants have clear target on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Review sales every day and analyze sales trends. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with restaurant manager to identify action plan to close the gaps Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.
  • Monitor and maintain the highest level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Q.S.C. standard to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems have been completely solved.
  • Set up customer relationship network to build up the Brand and create awareness and customer loyalty in the located area.
  • Overseeing the marketing efforts of the restaurant, including developing seasonal promotions and events that will attract new customers.

Position Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Operations Management or any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of as an Area Manager, preferably in the Food Industry.
  • Willing to work long hours
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Financial skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid communication abilities
  • Good customer-facing skills and can interact with customers in a positive way to promote excellent customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities and strong management skills
  • Ability to train and manage staff
  • Time management and ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadline
