Job Description

To lead, motivate and coach the store managers to maximise sales performance and deliver budgeted results. Promote and embody the JB #brand values, and ensure it is always upheld by all team members. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the stores are operating in accordance with JB standards.

GENERAL
• Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Set standards and objectives for different #stores and departments.
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Undertake sound #financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues.
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion.
• Responsible for #stock loss.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Certificate in Retail Management as a minimum qualification or equivalent to
• Proven successful minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Store Manager.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualification and experience for deserving Candidate.
