AGRONOMIST/AGRICULTURALIST WITH PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
KGK DIAMONDS BOTSWANA PTY LTD is a leading Diamond polishing Company. The Company is desirous of diversifying into Agriculture, based on, innovation, high tech production, processing and value addition for both local consumption and exports. This is a highly demanding Professional undertaking and requires highly skilled and experienced candidates. Pease note that only applicants that meet the requirements will be considered.
The position is at Executive level and requires the stated qualifications and experience. Any additional relevant qualifications shall be an added advantage.

⦁ MSC Agriculture Degree in Agriculture
⦁ Degree in Agriculture
⦁ At least 25 working/practicaI experience in different countries of semi-arid weather conditions.
⦁ A hands on minimum of at least 3000 hectares of crop production at any one point in time.
⦁ Proven Experience in commercial production of Agro crops at Industrial scale.
⦁ Experience in importing and trial crops from one country to the other.
⦁ Experience to work with hi tech green house and Polly house under temperature-controlled conditions.
⦁ Experience in leading a team of Agronomists.
⦁ Experience in training and development of skills.
⦁ Experience in Ago business development, channel management, CRM, Team Management and Project Management.
⦁ Agriculture Commodity Procurement, Agri inputs, Sales, Marketing and Team Management.
⦁ Hi-Tech Agriculture Production ofcash crops, fruit plantations as well as grains.
⦁ Supervision of a Project with a minimum of at least 300 workers at one point in time.
