This role reports to the Senior Advisor Stakeholder & China Relations and will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational execution of MMG’s Chinese Champion strategy and supporting all shareholder, diplomatic and Chinese stakeholder engagement work.

Key Responsibilities
Acting as the daily operational liaison between KCM and major shareholders (CMC, CMN, CNIC). Supporting the supervisor on shareholder senior delegation visits: complete agenda drafting, venue & logistics arrangement. Supporting sustained routine communication with Chinese Embassy in Botswana, Botswana Embassy in Beijing, Chinese Enterprises Association and other China-linked stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Translation, Journalism and Communications, International Relations, Business Administration, Finance or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in international relations or related disciplines. Language skills English (essential), Mandarin (essential). Solid practical experience in Chinese official writing, capable of drafting standard reports, corporate briefings/speeches and publicity manuscripts.
