VACANCY: PART-TIME ADULT EDUCATOR – (TEMPORARY FOR 12 MONTHS)

REMUNERATION

P72.95 per session (Session – 2 hours)

HOURS OF WORK

Minimum of eight (8) hours per week from Monday to Thursday for the Adult Basic Education Programm (ABEP), sixteen hours per week from Monday to Thursday for the Out of School Education for Children Programme (OSEC).

QUALIFICATION

Applicants should have a minimum of BGCSE, Certificate in Adult Education and/ or Certificate in Early Childhood

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To facilitate teaching and learning in Out of School Education and Training Programme as scheduled

DUTIES

  • Recruit learners for ABEP and OSEC classes
  • Teach multi-grade classes
  • Motivate and support learners to facilitate their studies
  • Liaise with Adult
  • Effective Communication Education ensures that learners are provided with the best possible learning opportunities and environment.
  • Keep records of learner attendance, progress and any other related records.
  • Attend training and professional development activities as required.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports
  • Mobilize learners to engage in income-generating projects
  • Undertake any other related duties as required by the management to meet the exigencies of the service.
