Job Description
Our client, a leader in the telecommunication industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Administration Assistant to join their Maun team. The individual will report directly to the Maun Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fuel Management
- Stationary Management
- Office Refreshments Management
- Propose cost saving measures around their area of responsibility- Collect Quotations
- Timely processing of Insurance claims
- Coordinated planning of office activities
- Ensure accurate travel and accommodation bookings for staff and Management.
- Ensure KYC forms are filed and up to date for all service providers.
- Ensure bank administration.
- Ensure company documents are valid at all times.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
