Job Description

Our client, a leader in the telecommunication industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Administration Assistant to join their Maun team. The individual will report directly to the Maun Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Management
  • Stationary Management
  • Office Refreshments Management
  • Propose cost saving measures around their area of responsibility- Collect Quotations
  • Timely processing of Insurance claims
  • Coordinated planning of office activities
  • Ensure accurate travel and accommodation bookings for staff and Management.
  • Ensure KYC forms are filed and up to date for all service providers.
  • Ensure bank administration.
  • Ensure company documents are valid at all times.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
