ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

To provide functional Accounts/ Administration Service in line with TriOptimum Logistics policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 years post qualification experience in Admin Accounts/Bookkeeping environment.
  • BICA Membership
  • Proficiency in MS office suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • PAYE and VAT returns
  • Daily cash deposits, complete and forward to the bookkeeper-Head Office.
  • Check, verify and process Payable invoices (File related/GL related), subsequently deliver to respective payable.
  • Maintain record keeping on all receivable/payables
  • Follow up on all overdue receivables
  • Petty cash(distribution,reconciliation,record keeping)
  • Filling documents.
  • Up keeping good relationship with partners, clients, and authorities.
  • Training of new employees and trainees.
  • Maintain a high degree client satisfaction.
  • Compiling all accounts related issues.
  • Execute any other duties reasonably related to job as allocated by Line Supervisor’s or higher Authority.
