ACCOUNTANT
Job Summary
To provide functional Accounts/ Administration Service in line with TriOptimum Logistics policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years post qualification experience in Admin Accounts/Bookkeeping environment.
- BICA Membership
- Proficiency in MS office suite.
- Valid Driver’s License.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- PAYE and VAT returns
- Daily cash deposits, complete and forward to the bookkeeper-Head Office.
- Check, verify and process Payable invoices (File related/GL related), subsequently deliver to respective payable.
- Maintain record keeping on all receivable/payables
- Follow up on all overdue receivables
- Petty cash(distribution,reconciliation,record keeping)
- Filling documents.
- Up keeping good relationship with partners, clients, and authorities.
- Training of new employees and trainees.
- Maintain a high degree client satisfaction.
- Compiling all accounts related issues.
- Execute any other duties reasonably related to job as allocated by Line Supervisor’s or higher Authority.
