Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, budgeting, payroll and statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE) for the trust and its subsidiaries
- Control over accounting system
- Manage Financial Information Systems in line with current structure
- Spearhead strategic fundraising initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/BICA)
- 3 + years of work experience
- A matured Motswana male/female aged between 18 and 50 years
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to work long flexible hours
- Good interpersonal skills
