Ross Breeders Botswana produces hatching eggs and day old chicks and is based in Notwane, Botswana. Ross Breeders is the biggest day old chick manufacturing unit in Botswana and the manufacturing capacity is 1,650,000 day old chicks a month.
Ross Breeders has two Breeder Farms, one in Thamaga and the other in Molepolole. Also, it has two hatcheries, one in Notwane and the other in Francistown.
Currently Ross Breeders employees around 250 employees including Finance and admin staff of 6. The General Manager of Ross Breeders is Antony Gladman who is relatively new to the company but has made great strides in his time here.
