Job Description

The suitable candidate must have the following abilities to improve customer experience:

• Compose fertilizer recommendations from soil, tissue and leaf analysis in tomato, potato, citrus and vegetables production.
• Compose chemical spray programs for farmers before season and make amendments during season in tomato, potato, citrus and vegetable production.
• Interpret precision soil reports.
• Understanding of IPM principles and implementation.
• Be able to make in field recommendations during farm visits on regular basis.
• Liaison with multinational companies for product and supply.
• Be able to manage supply chain from suppliers to client.
• Be able to organise farmers days between suppliers and farmers.
• Be able to compile presentations for farmers post gravest / season.

Minimum Requirements:

• Own vehicle, cell phone and personal computer.
• Computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fertilizer and crop protection industry.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in tomato, potato, citrus and vegetable production.
• Agric Crop Production Degree (3-year Agricultural
• Degree).
• Avcasa Crop Production.
• Crop Life Member.
• Sales Training.
• Current relationship with multinational chemical companies.
• In depth knowledge of chemical and fertiliser industry.
