Woo International is seeking a qualified, experienced and passionate Rigging Instructor to join our training team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
– Facilitate practical and theory training in rigging and lifting operations.
– Assess trainee competence and provide constructive feedback.
– Ensure training is conducted in line with industry standards, regulations and Woo International policies.
– Promote a strong safety culture throughout all training activities.

Requirements
– Recognised qualifications in Rigging, Lifting and/or related field.
– Proven industry experience in rigging and lifting operations (minimum 3-5 years).
– Facilitation and training experience (advantageous).
– Sound knowledge of lifting equipment, slings, rigging methods, load calculations and safety standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
