Requirements
– 5+ years relevant experience for Waiters and Kitchen Team Members.
– 10+ years total culinary/hospitality experience for all culinary positions.
– Stable and verifiable employment history.
– At least 2 contactable employer references.
– Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain standards during peak service.
– Comfort with restaurant technology, reporting and operational controls.
– Legal right to work in Botswana or ability to meet applicable work-permit requirements.
