We are looking for experienced, hands-on professionals. Inexperienced applicants or candidates without demonstrable practical competence will not be considered.

Requirements
5+ years’ relevant experience for Waiters and Kitchen Team Members.
10+ years’ total culinary/hospitality experience for all culinary positions.
Stable and verifiable employment history.
At least 2 contactable employer references.
Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain standards during peak service.
Comfort with restaurant technology, reporting and operational controls.
Legal right to work in Botswana or ability to meet applicable work-permit requirements.
