Key Responsibilities:
– To direct and be responsible for the operations of all the retail stores throughout the centers of Botswana including opening of new stores and supervising supermarket managers.
– Managing major daily operations of butchery.
– Meat processing & manufacturing according to work plan.
– Effectively plan and monitor production.
– Sales and waste control & shrinkage in the department.

Requirements:
– Must have over 15 years’ experience in retail management and butchery production.
– Training Certificates in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates will add an advantage.
