Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning and food presentation.
• Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines while maintaining consistent quality and standards.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen health & safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
