We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven leader to manage and grow our agricultural store.

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
– Market the shop and attract new customers.
– Build strong customer relationships.
– Manage stock receiving, storage and stock counts.
– Supervise safe loading and offloading of stock.
– Lead the team and oversee daily operations.
– Report on sales, stock and branch performance.

Requirements:
– Practical knowledge of animal feeds and veterinary medicines, their uses, handling and storage is essential.
– Experience in agricultural retail or store management.
– Proven sales and shop marketing ability.
– Strong stock control and team leadership skills.
– Good communication and computer skills.
