Key Responsibilities
– Run the line to BOBS standards for wire thickness and quality; know the wire grades and types of wire nails
– Grind, shape and sharpen cutters; maintain wearable consumables, to match to make sure that the nail tip & Nail head is to exact micro mm to get exact quality of nail.
– Adjust tensions and fix breakdowns fast to avoid downtime
– Train and transfer skills to the local team

Requirements
– Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience on wire nail/bolt machinery
– Proof of 5 years’ experience is compulsory
– Basic English
– Qualifications not required, but may be attached
– Willing to relocate to Selebi-Phikwe
