Key Responsibilities: Develop and improve thin pastry recipes for commercial and export markets, Operate the automatic sheeter machine and supporting equipment, Troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems to reduce downtime, Maintain quality standards and keep batches consistent. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in pastry production, Mechanical know-how: comfortable using tools to fix and calibrate machinery, Basic English is compulsory/Commitment to Learn, No Academic Requirement Compulsory/ Experience of knowing the dough & pastry behaviors is important.
