Key Responsibilities

• Develop frozen cake, pastry and patisserie ranges for retail and food service
• Recreate popular market products to exact taste and texture standards
• Make sure products keep a 1-year frozen shelf life
• Write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so every batch comes out the same

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ on-the-job experience in commercial or industrial baking and pastry
• Basic English is compulsory
• No academic qualification is important, only experience for food will be after freezing is important
• Willing to relocate to Selebi-Phikwe
