About the Company

Uroboros Security is a Russia-based private specialist recruitment club connecting clients undertaking complex projects with professionals in security, communications, engineering, and crisis support.

We work with corporate clients, government bodies, and private investors. Our focus is on building teams for projects that require discipline, professional training, confidentiality, and an understanding of risk.

Uroboros Security is not a recruitment agency in the conventional sense. Our approach is based on individual selection, professional referrals, and matching candidates to specific assignments. We assess not only previous experience but also a person’s ability to learn, follow instructions, and take responsibility for their work.

Experienced professionals are considered for specialist projects. Candidates without prior experience have the opportunity to undertake training in the areas covered by our current recruitment programme.

Our Areas of Specialisation
Crisis Management and Support

Recruiting specialists to support the evacuation of personnel and assets, work in politically unstable environments, conduct corporate analysis, and assess risks. These projects may involve regions with heightened security threats.

Extreme Engineering and Offshore Operations

Building teams for complex industrial projects, including diving operations, maintenance of offshore and Arctic facilities, technical support, and recovery operations following industrial accidents.

Restricted-Access Facilities and Testing

Recruiting specialists to work at restricted-access facilities and support equipment testing under simulated extreme conditions. Qualifications, job requirements, and necessary authorisations are determined separately for each project.

Specialised Logistics

Recruiting specialists to accompany and transport cargo with particular security requirements, including challenging routes and areas with heightened threats.

These areas of specialisation do not mean that every newcomer will be assigned to a high-risk site. The specific job, location, duties, and risks must be disclosed to the candidate before they accept an offer.

Current Recruitment

We are recruiting for our candidate pool and project teams in the following areas:

Security personnel
CCTV operators
Communications specialists
Bodyguards

The specific employer, work location, duties, schedule, and contractual terms are provided for each position. Joining the candidate pool does not automatically guarantee employment.

Applications Welcome Without Prior Experience

A lack of previous experience in the chosen profession does not prevent an initial application. Across all four areas of current recruitment, candidates may be considered for subsequent specialist training.

Each candidate may indicate their preferred area: security, CCTV monitoring, communications, or close protection. The selection process determines the appropriate training programme and the possibility of subsequent employment.

All candidates admitted to a training programme receive training in the agreed area of specialisation. The duration, location, training provider, cost, and party responsible for payment must be disclosed before participation begins.

Candidates may begin working independently only after successfully completing the programme, demonstrating the necessary skills, and meeting the requirements of the specific position.

Training from the ground up is an opportunity to learn a profession—not a promise of access to any job without selection or qualifications. Highly specialised engineering, diving, testing, and other high-risk assignments are subject to a separate selection process.

What the Offer Includes
Compensation and Contractual Terms

Pay rates, calculation methods, payment dates, and any additional compensation are determined for each project and specified in the contract.

Before accepting an offer, candidates must understand which portion of their compensation is guaranteed by the contract, what determines additional payments, and what expenses are involved.

Life and Health Insurance

Insurance arrangements are determined by the terms of the specific project. Candidates receive information about coverage, the period of insurance, exclusions, and the procedure for making a claim.

Equipment and Medical Support

Equipment, protective gear, and medical support are agreed upon according to the nature of the work. The terms of provision are disclosed before the project begins.

Confidentiality

Restricted-access projects may involve non-disclosure agreements and limitations on sharing work-related information.

Confidentiality does not mean withholding the identity of the employer, job duties, work location, or the contents of the contract from the candidate.

Who We Consider

Our candidate pool is open both to professionals with verified experience and to candidates willing to undertake training.

For specialist projects, we consider security professionals, communications specialists, engineers, divers, pilots, and crisis managers. Previous service or experience working in challenging conditions may be considered part of a candidate’s professional background, but it does not replace an assessment of their suitability for a specific position.

For entry-level roles, we value the ability to learn, attention to detail, discipline, responsibility, and a willingness to follow safety procedures.

We value sound risk assessment, considered decision-making, and an understanding of the limits of one’s training—not displays of fearlessness.
