Competition and Consumer Authority

The Competition and Consumer Authority (CCA) is a parastatal regulatory body in Botswana responsible for the prevention and redress of anti-competitive practices, the protection of consumers against unfair business practices, and the enforcement of the Competition Act and Consumer Protection Act.
