Key Responsibilities

The Mining Superintendent is responsible for leading the execution of box cuts, portals, declines, level development, and associated mining works. Monitoring development performance against budget, schedule, and production targets.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent mining-related qualification. Minimum 10 years’ experience in underground mining operations, with at least 5 years in management role overseeing mine development, production, and contractor activities.
