Key Responsibilities & Requirements
– HCA Certification (Formal qualification)
– Recognized Home-Based Care / Palliative Care Certifications
– Phlebotomy certification/experience (A plus)
– Proven Home-Based Care experience
– Experience with critically ill and high-dependency patients
– Skilled in wound care and sterile dressing changes
– Proficient in mobility assistance and safe transfers
– Full medication administration training
