Sealed Tender offers are invited for the provision of a procurement works contract for Culvert and Drainage construction from Railway Line to Boikhutso JSS – Botshabelo, in Selebi Phikwe East Constituency. The works Contract will include a) Culvert b) Excavations c) Storm water Drainage construction.

Requirements
Tenderers must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the following categories: Code 03 Civil Engineering Sub Code 01, Construction (Roads, Infrastructure, Airfields) Grade: OC. This tender is reserved for Citizen Contractors operating and domiciled in Selebi Phikwe East Constituency only. CIPA principal place of operation of a bidder shall be in Selebi Phikwe East Constituency, failure to which the bidder will not be considered.
Local Procurement Preferential Treatment shall apply in this tender. A cumulative 3% preference margin will be applied to bidders who have completed the Local Procurement Registration Certificate. Tenderers to purchase all their products from 100% Citizen locally based manufacturers and service providers, provided that the goods and services are locally available, competitively priced and meet tender specifications in terms of quality standard as certified or recognized by Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) or other recognized certifying bodies.
