Flavour Centre is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Shop Managers. We are looking for candidates who can lead and manage retail operations effectively across various locations in Botswana.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail operations effectively.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and brand presence.
• Report on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Degree/Diploma in Business management or Retail Management or any business related course.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or shop management.
• Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
• Should be FLEXIBLE to move to any place where the Company has business operations across the country.
