Key Responsibilities
- Lead HSSEQ governance, compliance and implementation of HSSEQ strategies, policies and procedures
- Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations and root-cause analysis
- Lead HSSEQ audits, inspections and compliance monitoring
- Development and delivery of HSSEQ training, induction and awareness programmes
- Strengthen behavioural safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead emergency preparedness, drills and business continuity initiatives
- Prepare HSSEQ dashboards, reports and performance insights
- Lead and develop the HSSEQ team while managing resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health or a related field
- 7+ years HSSEQ experience, with at least 3 years management experience
- Experience in logistics, transport, industrial, energy or related operational environments
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
