Senior Civil Engineering Manager

Geoflux wishes to appoint suitably qualified, experienced and appropriately registered individuals for the position of:

Senior Civil Engineering Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Five (5) years of the experience should have been served at a senior role.
• Demonstrable and traceable evidence in infrastructure services at both pre- and post-contract stages.
• Registration with the Professional Engineering Institution (ERB) and BIE or an equivalent professional body.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering studies, design, and specification.
• Project management.
• Work procurement and market penetration.
• Management, training, and development of subordinates.
• Facilitation of multidisciplinary team resource management, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Implementation and maintenance of systems, methods, and tools across all functional areas (design, project management, tendering, etc.).
• Construction management and supervision.
