Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales performance and business growth;
- Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve targets;
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Manage branch operations, facilities, budgets, and administrative controls;
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, employers, and community stakeholders;
- Identify local business opportunities and support market growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
- Certificate of Proficiency in Long-term and Short-term Insurance (where applicable).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services;
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership role;
- Experience managing sales teams or branch operations;
- Sound knowledge of unsecured lending and the Botswana market.
