Agrochemical Specialist – Grow Fast Organic Fertilizer

Job Description

• Good understanding of Botswana farming systems, including arable crops, horticulture, and smallholder farming
• Ability to explain product application, dosage, and safety precautions clearly and practically
• Knowledge of pest, weed, and disease control common in Botswana

• Willing to work in rural and remote farming areas
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions in Botswana
• Ability to work flexible hours during planting and spraying seasons
• Physically fit to conduct farm visits and field demonstrations

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in agrochemicals, agricultural inputs, or FMCG
• Fresh graduates with relevant agricultural training may be considered

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Setswana is essential
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
