Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Section Manager
to lead and manage all electrical and automation functions within our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of all electrical, PLC, and automation systems within the plant
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic faults on machinery and production lines
• Manage and optimize SCADA systems, sensors, drives, and control panels
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise and mentor the electrical/electronics team
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and output
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and maintenance records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a plastic manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems
• Experience working with extrusion, injection moulding, or similar plastic processes
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
