Job Description
Location: Maun, Francistown, Kasane, and Lethlakane
Sprint Couriers is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information about services, pricing, and policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience
- Handle cash services and ensure timely banking
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant course
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
Additional Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment
- Valid Class B driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
