REPORTS TO: Chief Enterprise Sales Officer
ROLE PURPOSE
To drive revenue growth and market leadership within the Government sector by developing and executing strategic sales plans, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering on BTC’s commercial targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement the Government sales strategy
• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage Key Relationship Managers
• Build strategic relationships with Government stakeholders
• Strengthen sales governance, processes, and performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 9 years’ sales experience
• 3+ years in telecoms / integrated solutions (fixed-mobile convergence)
• Proven track record in sales leadership and account management

LEGAL CERTIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
• Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or equivalent professional certification.
• Membership of a recognised professional sales or marketing association will be an added advantage
