Job Description
BRANCH MANAGER
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including inventory, sales, customer service, and team management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hardware industry and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of customer service and team performance.
- Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, hardware or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
