Location: Gaborone, Botswana
Contract Type: 3 Years Fixed Term Contract.
Human Resources Officer
This role coordinates the implementation of HR plans and organisational effectiveness programs including recruitment, performance management, training and talent retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Administer performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Support employee relations activities.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Maintain HR records and HR information systems.
- Support employee engagement and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years HR generalist experience.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration and HR systems.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Code.
