Job Description

APEX Properties is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Female Administrator with an Accounting background to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations
  • Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports
  • Reconcile accounts and monitor payments
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Assist management with financial planning and reporting
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and service providers

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in administration and accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
